We are looking for a fabricator/ welder to join our team to help support our growing business. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience performing installation, maintenance, repair and fabrication work. We are not concerned about an applicant’s previous work history and look forward to meeting with qualified applicants who are excited about the potential for learning new skills and tools.
Responsibilities:
Weld objects together.
Cut, shape, and machine metal.
Construct metal pieces.
Install and service machinery.
Position will be based out of the shop in Anderson, MO, and will require travel, some weekends, and some holidays. Hours vary weekly and overtime will be paid at time and a half over 40 hours worked during the work week. This is a full-time position starting at $16-22/hour, based on experience, and includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401k, drive time, and per diem when working outside Mid-Tec’s local area.
Pre-employment drug screen is required.
Must have reliable transportation, possess basic hand tools, and a phone or other way to communicate.
