Helgesen Industries is searching for highly talented welders for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Join our inspirational and dynamic team Are you a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges?
To excel in this role, you should have at least one year experience. The successful candidates will also have a steady hand, outstanding attention to detail and a love for welding.
* MIG Weld on mild steel from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness
* Produce hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, fenders, platforms, and other sheet metal fabrications following work instructions
* Basic qualifications to be achieved in the training period include: D1.1 GMAW and D1.3 GMAW
* Ability to read Weld symbols, blueprints and perform set-ups
* Select and use a variety of metal finishing tools (grinders, abrasives, etc.)
* Use of lifting and control devices (cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, fixtures, templates, etc.)
Qualification Requirements:
* Previous MIG Welding experience
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)$19-$34 /HR
*Excellent Hiring Bonus if hired!
