Purpose of Position:
Team Members will deliver an outstanding guest experience by being friendly, prompt and accurate; adhering to Freckle’s Juice standard of courtesy. Also, Team Members should prove knowledgeable of the products used to readily advise guests of this information.
Primary Responsibilities:

Take initiative to become informed of Freckle’s Juice ingredients and the nutritional benefits

Provide excellent guest service in alignment with company’s training by understanding the guest needs and demonstrating the ability to make suggestions

Operate smoothie equipment and prepare menu items accurately per order

Efficiently sanitize equipment in between use

Maintain work area by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked

Work effectively with other members of the team

Consistently review quality of products to ensure freshness

Follow procedures to maintain supplies, storage and coolers at the end of each shift

Assist with sampling programs by distributing small portions of products directly to customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years experience working in fast food and customer service

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts; Monday through Saturday

Strong interpersonal skills characterized by ability to listen carefully, respond appropriately and be persuasive

Demonstrated ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, plan provisions and practices

Enthusiastic and resourceful
