Robot Welder Operator

Full Time

1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday.
2nd shift: 3:45pm-2:15am Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday.
Weekend shift: 6:00am-6:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Essential Duties

Operate robotic welding machines
Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
Read blueprints
Read measuring devices
Read and follow work instructions
Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day
Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs


High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Basic computer knowledge. Must know how to maneuver through work related screens, ie. work instruction, QW menu, routings, drawings, etc.
Proven attendance record with previous employers

**Pay starts between $18.60-$20.10 per hour depending on shift with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $21.15-$23.65 per hour. Performance bonus potential is $1.00 per hour once the top of scale is achieved.
