Reynolds-Warren Equipment Co. is a family-owned equipment distributor in business since 1977. We sell, service and rent asphalt, dirt, and concrete equipment from more than 20 manufacturers including LeeBoy, Crafco, Sakai, Dynapac, Cementech, and Energreen. We are seeking individuals who are looking for a Great opportunity with a Great Team to Grow with for the position of Road Service Technician out of our Lake City store.
* 3 – 5 Years minimum experience repairing and/or maintaining heavy consctruction equipment as a Road Technician
* Must be self-driven, determined, motivated and committed
* Must have own tools
* Excellent driving record
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret manuals, and schematics
*Basic welding skills
* Great attitude and willingness to learn
* Complete task without direct supervision
* Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
* Willing to work overtime
*Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints
* Ability to diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner under pressure
