We are working with a rapidly growing, multi-award-winning BEM’s (Building Energy Management) business.
They have grown 30% in 2021, 40% in 2022 and are on target to grow another 30% this year, so are looking to recruit a HR/Recruitment Administrator to support them with their ongoing hiring.
They work from 3 offices in the UK, one in Dublin and one in Qatar.
The company has grown significantly over the last few years and now has 80+ people working with them. There are ambitious plans to grow the business over the next 5 years which will mean significant growth in workers and opportunities for the people already working there.
They are a progressive organisation and believe in training/developing their existing workforce and have created a training academy to support this.
This role will be based in their Wokingham office however they are offering flexible working and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week from home if that is preferred.
The successful candidate will support the HR manager in:
- Managing the live jobs
- ATS administration/management
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Recruitment administration
- Job posting/advertising
- HR administration (contracts, absence, PDP’s appraisals etc)
They are prepared to pay a base salary of up to £30K + up to 10% bonus upon achieving your objectives.
