Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager
Action Group Staffing is currently seeking experienced Production Managers to fill openings in the Duncanville area. (South Dallas)
Our client is a manufacturer of custom electrical and electronic enclosures for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, specializing in designing and fabricating custom enclosures offering quick turnaround times to several Fortune 500 customers.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Management skills
Must have CAD experience (preferably 3D CAD)
Must understand Mechanical CAD application.
Experience in warehousing (welding, CNC machine, fabrication, robotics, and sheet metal.)
Looking for someone who has experience in: Sheet metal/Steel Industry, Robotics, Engineering/mechanical design, CNC Machines
Pass a background check and drug test.

Pay: $58,000 – 65,000 Depending on Experience
Shift: 1st – 7:00am-3:30pm Monday – Friday
Overtime may be required during peak season.
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

Working closely with customers on how they want their enclosure built and understanding how to meet those needs.
Being creative in designing enclosures that are totally custom.
Read blueprints and CAD drawings then set up and create the components based on those blueprints.
Understand and work in different departments in the warehouse (Weld, Fab shop, and Assembly).
