Queensbury Van Hire Ltd looking for a friendly, trustworthy, and reliable administrator. You must be outgoing, reliable, have a good telephone manners, be organized and self-motivating. Must be able to work in a managerial position at times

Job role main duties include General office duties, dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails, quoting on client inquiries, Maintaining customer/vehicle records, and work well under pressure. Monthly and Weekly Invoicing, Hire Payments, Fines

Good computer skills are essential with full working knowledge of the MS Office and Excel.

Training will be given on our specific hire software.

Knowledge of vehicles and the vehicle hire industry would be an advantage. Checking Vehicles for damage before sending out and on return.

Monday to Friday 0930 – 1430 – Negotiable – 25 Hours Per Week

Full Driving License (Required)

Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
