They have recently opened some temporary administration roles, which will give you the opportunity to work with their exciting and friendly team. This no.1 boutique brand is looking for upbeat members to add to their delightful bunch enthusiastic and engaging employees.
What they expect from you?
· General Administrative duties
· Chatting to many customers via Live Chat.
· Raising customer tickets and resolving queries
· Updating customer records

·You have a desire to support, empathise and understand the unique circumstances many of our customers can be in when pregnant or just after having a baby

·Excellent customer service skills and enjoy speaking to a variety of wonderful customers.
·Be super competent in using Computer systems and have a good understanding of MS Packages
·Used to data entry and updated information.
