Overview:

The Mold Repair Technician will be responsible for proper maintenance and repairs of injection molds and tooling equipment.
2nd shift
$5,000 sign on bonus
Responsibilities:
Basic tooling PM, assuring molds are run ready
Minor mold repairs in and out of presses
Upgrading of mold electrical connections
Repair of hot runner systems (heaters and valve gates)
Repair of mold hydraulics
Operation of Dry Ice Blasting system
Operate mold flush system
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Prior experience with injection mold repair
Experience with mold PM’s
Experienced welding (mig, tig, laser) preferred
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude
Electrical (core and hot runner wiring)
Hydraulic (core and valve gates cylinder, hoses and fittings)
Basic understanding of injection mold design and functions
Basic machining skills (mill, grinder, lathe)
Strong attention to detail
