Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a world-class automotive technology supplier located in Tolodo, Ohio hiring MIG/TIG Welders for 1st and 2nd shift. We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, energetic and has experience working with various metals on all types of projects. A successful candidate will be able to ensure that all products are completed with the highest level of quality. They will also have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and be responsible for tracking and compiling compliance certificates.
Shifts:
· 1st shift: Monday- Friday 6 am- 3:30 pm, overtime as needed
· 2nd shift: Monday- Friday 4 pm – 1:30 am, overtime as needed
Must be able to pass a welding test.
Salary:
$17.75 + Production & Attendance bonus opportunities
Responsibilities:
Use welding equipment to undertake welding projects.
Weld various materials.
Find ways to improve welding quality.
Be able to troubleshoot problems that arise during welding projects and assembly and disassembly.
Be able to work long hours when required under deadline pressure.
Maintain a strong work ethic and be a team player.
Must have own speed lens helmet
Must be willing to wear steel toed boots
