Seaside Seawalls is one of the fastest growing seawall and foundation construction companies in Michigan and we are actively looking for 3-5 individuals that work smart, are not afraid to get dirty, and love being part of a team.
We are looking for individuals with experience in construction, landscaping, heavy machinery, excavation equipment, skid steers, retaining walls, seawall installation or repair, engineered pilings, concrete / asphalt removal, welding, know how to operate a dump truck, have a CDL, etc.
We are actively hiring a new crew to work with us as we have BIG plans for this year and need solid, hardworking individuals that pride themselves in quality work to lead our company into 2024!
Our job is FUN! We are out on the water almost every day. Monthly team building activities and even the occasional “team building days” have been known to occur.While work is year round, we do accommodate our team members with the option of winters off if the cold isn’t your thing.

A solid work ethic that’s not afraid to get in the mud with their TEAM.
Previous experience in outdoor construction or landscaping (work with retaining walls is a plus). Experience operating an excavator (There will be a test) Welding and Torch experience (We install SEAWALLS – This is important!)
CDL Class B or A would be a HUGE plus.
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
