Deskripsi PekerjaanRequirment :1. Minimum 10 years experience within a contact center environment as Assistant Manager or prior experience as an Account Manager – Vendor Support2. Strong verbal and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills, including excellent telephone skills and presentation skill3. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects at a time and often under tight timeframes Responsibility : 1. Serve as main point of contact vendor 2. Respond to consumer & distribution complaints that are escalated from the vendor3. Collaboratively work with vendor to build Vendor schedules, identify milestones and track the vendor, progress to implement the process flows and integrations 4. Partner with management team of ON-TRUCKS to ensure consistency with processes and reporting5. Work with stakeholders to set SLAs, identify the critical data needed to effectively manage the Vendor and provide information to reporting purposes 6. Proactively monitor and manage the Vendors to ensure that they are performing all their functions7. Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annual goals of vendor contracts 8. Meet with vendor periodically for supplier performance review9. Under minimal supervision, overee relationship with external vendors by performing analysis of their multiple job functions
