Deskripsi PekerjaanWe are currently embarking on a significant growth plan to expand our business, and are looking for a HR and Corporate Secretary to join us.This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, focused on innovation and growth.Responsibilities:Handle all HR related tasks including recruitment, attendance and leave management, performance management, policy administration, employee benefits and insurance, employee engagement etc.In charge of payroll administration and process filing, ensuring compliance with Indonesia payroll regulationsResponsible for handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS KetenagakerjaanConduct employee onboarding and general employee managementHandle employee agreements (PKWT and PKWTT), warning letters, reference letters, etcManage and organise all corporate information and documentationProvide corporate secretarial support including preparation, incorporation and strike off of directors and shareholders resolutionsDraft, review and advise on board, board committee and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutionsCommunicate and liaise with notaries for the preparation of corporate documents, e.g. true certified copies of corporate documents, articles of association etc.Manage the administrative reporting as well as fulfilment of other standard corporate requirements Qualifications & Requirements:S1 Psychology/Human Resources Management/Law/Information Technology/Administration or similar MajorAt least 2 years of working experience in a HR and/or corporate secretarial roleGood knowledge of general HR and corporate secretarial functions is a mustFamiliar with HRIS (Talenta)Fluent in English, both verbally and in writingProficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and WordExcellent administrative and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedExperience in Fintech company or similar environment
