-Every lead cleaner has the opportunity to make a 6% raise every 6 months based on their performance. We love rewarding people for their excellence and dedication.
-Additionally, we give bonuses twice per year based on the length of time you’ve worked for the company. 1% of your wages for every year you’ve been on the team.
-We pay for drive time AND mileage!
-The paycheck (every 2 weeks) of a fully trained Lead Cleaner working 4 days per week is $1,250. After 1 year, the average paycheck, before taxes are taken out, would be $1,400. This continues to increase with raises every 6 months.
