The Anchorage Hilton Hotel is currently seeking a hardworking and professional Director of Housekeeping.

We are the largest Alaskan full-service hotel with 606 rooms located in downtown Anchorage. The hotel has a full-service restaurant, bar, room service, concierge lounge, exercise room, indoor pool, and 20,000 square feet of functional event space.

The Director of Housekeeping will be responsible for all aspects of the housekeeping department and getting results in a high-paced and high-performing environment.

Some responsibilities:

Scheduling
Hiring
And training of all housekeeping staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience working on union properties and the Hilton Corporation is preferred.
We require at least 1 year of supervisory housekeeping experience.
Effective communication skills.
