Fabricator

Tampa based sign manufacturer and installer is looking for a talented, experienced custom sign installer.
The installer will need to be high energy, experienced, comfortable working on their feet, with a high aptitude for creative problem solving. They will need to utilize different techniques such as bending, cutting, adhering materials to one another, and welding to prepare for paint.
The ideal candidate MUST BE flexible in terms of scope of work. We will never ask you to do anything beyond your skillset, but you may be asked to help with installs such as vinyl storefront graphics. Also, the sign installer is responsible for conducting onsite surveys to collect accurate measurements and other relevant data to help assess, strategize, and execute fabrication and installation.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic with an ability to effectively manage deadlines.
All of our work is schedule driven; the ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to manage time and multiple priorities effectively while working in a highly collaborative environment. The ability to find solutions through positive attitude, taking direction and, again, flexibility is essential. Stellar capacity to focus on the task at hand and a demonstrated ability to mentor/work with others effectively will also be required.
