Holland & Knight is seeking a junior to mid-level executive compensation associate to join the Executive Compensation & Benefits practice in its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in design and implementation of executive compensation and incentive programs, compliance with securities laws relating to disclosure executive compensation, support of M&A executive compensation and benefits work, and analysis of tax issues relating to executive compensation including Sections 409A and 280G of the Code. The candidate must have relevant transferable skills, a strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Bar admission in Pennsylvania is required.
