Eastridge Legal is supporting an established San Diego-based law firm in its search for an Education Law Attorney to join its team. This role is hybrid remote, with lots of room for growth in a team-work-orientated environment. Please see job duties and qualifications below:
If you have experience of 3 to 10 years working in a California school or college as a teacher, administrator or school employee AND you have passed the California Bar, WE WANT YOU. The firm is looking for individuals who genuinely care about making a profound and positive impact on public education.
The firm is a statewide practice representing school districts, community college districts, university auxiliary organization and public charter and private schools in areas of governance, labor relations, Title IX services, harassment and discrimination complaints, investigations, school facilities, student discipline and other areas of general counsel.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, and communication skills;
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail;
Effectively and independently manage projects and cases in a strong team environment;
Flexibility, initiative, and desire to work on a broad array of legal matters arising in the representation of public education entities;
Member in good standing of the California Bar.
