Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year (Unlimited Commission)
Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme (ST5 – Staffordshire)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Rota: Monday- Friday | Time: 9am – 5:30pm
Hybrid of Office-based & Remote (After Training period)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service coordinator you’ll be the ‘human touch’ that helps separate the business and services from it’s competitors by: –
· Developing relationships and take ownership of all inbound and outbound customer service calls
· Following up on all enquiries from the company website and CRM system to ensure the customer is getting the best deal and offer any help that may be needed
· Remaining engaged in your CPD and strive to hit daily and team targets
· Accurately inputting information onto in-house systems computer systems
· As well as calls you will provide assistance to customers through live chat, email and WhatsApp and CRM System called Zoho. This will include answering questions about the leasing product, explaining what the organisation does and talking through the vehicle specifications.
Personal Specification
Essential skills
· Demonstrable customer services skills via phone calls
· Highly IT literate with solid Excel skills
· Excellent written and spoken English abilities with a natural love for communication
· Background in the automotive industry (Desirable but not necessarily required)
· Meticulous worker that can accurately input data onto computer systems
· Ability to multi-task and utilise multiple systems simultaneously.
· Ability to nurture business relationships and convert warm leads and enquiries.
