Barista/ Bartender

We are looking for a PART TIME qualified barista/ bartender/cashier (must be able to work Sunday’s with good barista experience). We are looking to hire a new employee that have expereince making coffee, serving alcohol, handling food, and working a register. Customer service is a must, too! Barista responsibilities include welcoming customers, making amazing coffee and cocktails, addressing patrons’ queries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have excellent teamwork skills and experience in the coffee and food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability.
Responsibilities

Making amazing coffee and cocktails
Customer Service
Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
Work with Stripe POS
Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
Ensure patron satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)
Inform the Manager about pending tasks
Work with the manager to keep our patrons happy and help our business run smoothly
Report maintenance and training needs

Skills

Proven experience as a barista/bartender/casher or relevant role in a restaurant
Good knowledge of restaurant operations (like managing reservations and payments)
Qualified Barista
Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
Ability to use Square
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Team management abilities
Food safety certification
Certification from a culinary school is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
