Pritzker Law Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate / Litigation Attorney with prior practice in real estate law. The Attorney will assist with and oversee cases for various clients and should have knowledge of Construction Defects and Consumer Protection Act, Quiet Title, Breach of Contract and Specific Enforcement, and as a plus transactional, corporate and business law as it pertains to real property. As the firm continues to grow, the Attorney has an opportunity to play a critical role in the scale of the Pritzker Law Group.
Job Responsibilities Include:

Preparing for and manage cases
Monitoring legal risk in matters and advising clients accordingly
Drafting all necessary documents
Managing case documents
Effectively communicating deadlines and working with clients to meet these deadlines.
Managing client expectations
Providing legal guidance and support
Maintaining input of new case data into our file database management software.
Managing court filings and deadlines
Confirming the status of cases with partners

Job Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Pennsylvania, NJ is a plus
3+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated litigation experience and expertise within real estate law
Experience with real estate transactions and drafting is preferred
Knowledge of Construction Defects and Consumer Protection Act, Quiet Title, Breach of Contract and Specific Enforcement, and transactional and business law is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage multiple fast-moving cases
Management of team and resources
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong conceptual thinker
Excellent communication skills
