We are a national company specialising in the distribution of Automation products. The company turnover is £60M pa at 10 Offices within the UK.
Based in Woking, the role is for an assistant stores person that will also cover office administrative duties.
Depending on the workload of the stores the role will split between stores duties which will include:
· Picking customer orders
· Packing customer orders
· Booking in suppliers’ deliveries
· Stock take
When the stores are not busy then the role will swap to an administrative office based position. This will include:
· Updating information on customer order lead times
· Uploading invoices
· Answering incoming calls.
· CRM maintenance – updating customer contacts etc
· Help with filing
The role requires someone that is flexible to adapt to two different working environments and a good team player.
Initially this position is offered as a years contract which would ideally be extended into a permanent role.
