Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: Stevenage/Hybrid
Starting Salary: £21,575 progressing to a maximum of £24,054 (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 30 hours per week or 37 hours spread across 5 days
Contract: Permanent
Job Duties:
We are recruiting for an Admin Support Officer within the Community Commissioning Adult Disabilities Team. Many of our previous Admin Support Officers have progressed within a year or two. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working.
The role which sits within the monitoring team will involve working closely with a range of internal and external colleagues to improve the working of the team. With your colleagues you will manage our databases and support the team by improving and implementing the team’s business processes
- Managing and scheduling team commitments, appointments, shared inbox and minuting meetings.
- Using Office software, managing databases, and using Social care information systems to support the team, advanced excel skills required.
- Coordinating communication with internal and external colleagues. Coordinating responses and follow up as appropriate.
- Compiling reports and data monthly and on request to support our reporting responsibilities.
A thorough knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office, managing and maintaining databases, minute taking experience helpful but not essential. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individuals who display great attention to detail. The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to prioritise and maintain confidentiality ensuring that the high level of administrative support is provided to the team.
