Eden Place is a growing company that provides business support to a select group of clients (consulting firms, sports consulting, property companies, charities and similar).

The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, is well organised, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. The candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

The Role

The directors are looking to recruit an individual to provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the company directors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Previous experience in a financial / administration environment
  • Must be very organised
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Confident with IT and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to take full ownership of the tasks and projects assigned, including taking the initiative to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Be a team player
  • Has experience of handling sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours occasionally

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
